Class Action Lawyers
Copyright 2020 Zermay Law | All Rights Reserved | Zermay Law represents clients throughout California and Florida in state and federal courts.
Our primary service areas include Southern California and South Florida. Client's are not liable for costs unless there is a recovery.
Over his career, Mr. Zermay has secured and recovered hundreds of thousands of dollars for his clients via judgments resulting from collisions and complicated multinational insurance disputes. Apart from representing clients, Mr. Zermay's various judicial clerkships empowered him with great insight into trial and appellate strategy, and how to make a winning argument before a judge and jury.
Mr. Zermay aggressively prosecutes his clients' cases because he has been in their shoes before. In 2004, he was displaced after his home was devastated by Hurricane Charley and has his loved ones and family members wrongfully injured by liable third parties-and he does not want insurance companies to permit his clients to languish while they act in bad faith by denying and low balling their claims.
When Mr. Zermay is not litigating, he enjoys practicing wing chun kung fu and traveling.
Mr. Zermay graduated from the University of Chicago Law School, which has consistently been rated by the U.S. News and World Report as one of the top-five best law schools in the country. He received his baccahors of science, summa cum laude, and masters of science in political science from Florida State University.
Mr. Zermay is a member of the California and Florida bars. He has substantial experience in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, catastrophic injury, and property insurance disputes.
